Johnny Depp has put on the Captain Jack Sparrow costume and hid inside of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction in the jail scene. When guests passed by the scene, he would move robotically for a second and then pop out and say something like: “hey you in the red hat….get me out of here!”

If you are in the park this summer and have seen the wonderful nightime spectacular that is Fantasmic, then here’s a great way to get a behind the scenes look! The cast of Fantasmic uses Tom Sawyer’s Island as  ”backstage” for the show. By standing at the railing of the Davy Crockett Canoes, you can see characters getting on their floats and prepping for the show! You will most likely see the neon monkeys, princes and princesses, and even some pirates! Don’t be shy because, most of the time, it’s a one-on-one experience and a moment to wave hello and smile with some of your favorite classic Disney characters! Enjoy!
